Juveniles are being executed in contravention of United Nations Conventions. Why is the United Nations not acting to enforce their own conventions?

Individuals responsible for executions in violation of these United Nation Conventions must be held accountable.

Students deserve the rights guaranteed them through The United Nations Conventions. We are not yet adults. We are in need of protection.
